2. Data we collect

• Form submissions: Distribution Inquiry, Technical Access registration, product inquiries.
• Cookies: Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection), cookie-consent state, WordPress session.
• Usage analytics: how the site is used, measured by our own Matomo on our European servers, run without cookies for every visitor. With your consent only, anonymized session recordings and heatmaps via Microsoft Clarity, plus Matomo measurement cookies.
• Server logs: IP address, user agent, request URLs.

3. Lawful basis

Consent (form submissions, optional cookies), legitimate interest (security logs), and contract (existing trade accounts).

4. Retention

Form submissions retained for the duration of the trade relationship or 36 months from last interaction, whichever is shorter.

5. Third parties

Cloudflare (Turnstile bot protection), WordPress hosting provider, and email infrastructure. Only if you accept cookies, Microsoft Clarity processes anonymized session insights and heatmaps. Our Matomo usage analytics run on our own European servers, not a third party. No data is sold to third parties.

6. Your rights

Right of access, correction, deletion, portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Hungary this is the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH). To exercise these rights, contact info@eag-parts.com.

7. Cookies

By default we set only essential cookies, and our Matomo usage analytics run cookieless for everyone. We never set advertising cookies. Only if you choose Accept on our cookie banner do we enable analytics cookies and load Microsoft Clarity for anonymized session recordings and heatmaps. You can change your choice at any time, and we honor your browser Do-Not-Track setting.
